bKash recognised as country’s best & most loved brand for 5th consecutive year

For the fifth consecutive year, bKash has been recognized as the country’s top brand, a title it has held since 2019, as revealed by a consumer survey conducted by the Bangladesh Brand Forum (BBF). As Bangladesh’s largest Mobile Financial Services (MFS) provider, bKash has solidified its position as the best brand among the country’s top 15, while also being named the ‘Most Loved Brand’ in the MFS category for the seventh year in a row.

This achievement highlights bKash’s significant role in empowering millions of people by making daily financial transactions easier and more accessible, promoting financial inclusion across the country. The recognition reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering value and convenience to its customers for over 12 years.

The Bangladesh Brand Forum, in collaboration with The Daily Star, hosted the 15th edition of the Best Brand Award on December 23rd at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon hotel in Dhaka. The event, based on a survey conducted by nSearch Ltd., saw 10,000 consumers from across eight divisions of Bangladesh participate. During the ceremony, BBF awarded 56 brands for their outstanding performance, with the second and third place winners in each category also being announced.

Representing bKash at the event were several key officials, including CEO Kamal Quadir, CMO Mir Nawbut Ali, CPO Mohammad Azmal Huda, CHRO Ferdous Yusuf, CCO Mahfuz Sadique, CRO Ahmed Ashique Hussain, and Head of Brand Ashraf-Ull-Bari, among others.
